My Story
I feel very lucky to have found a career where I get to do what I love and what I’m good at: solving complex challenges with curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
At its core, my work as a brand strategy and innovation consultant is about creating value—for individuals, organizations, and culture at large. It starts with uncovering the real, gnarly, often overlooked root of the problem, and then crafting solutions that are bold and imaginative; useful and relevant. If you get it right, the result is meaningful change and lasting, positive impact.
For 20+ years, I have partnered with some of the world’s largest brands—Walmart, Nike, Hilton, Kraft Heinz, Microsoft, and ABInBev; and with some of the most distinctive—Impossible, Magnolia Bakery, Red Bull, Nordstrom, and MTV.
During that time I’ve helped unite organizations around a clear brand strategy, organized brands’ offerings and portfolios to maximize relevance, identified white space for meaningful growth, and designed products and services that unlock new revenue streams and shift behavior.
I’ve also led strategy teams, grown strategic talent to their fullest potential, and partnered with multidisciplinary teams to execute against a strategy and reimagine a brand’s entire experience. While the work of a strategist is often individual, I believe that true brand transformation is never done in a silo; it requires teamwork rooted in trust, empathy, and clarity.
